Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 225 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RUNX2, HHIP, and ALK. Each is linked with TATDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN2-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN2 results are reported.
