TATDN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,101 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STX5, TALDO1, and PSMA4. Each is linked with TATDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN2-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STX5 grouped by TATDN2-low versus TATDN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TATDN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TATDN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
