Across TCGA cell cohorts, TATDN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 447 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOLH1, UGT3A1, and GPR171. Each is linked with TATDN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN2-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN2 results are reported.
