Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TATDN1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TATDN1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher TATDN1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TATDN1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where TATDN1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
