TATDN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TATDN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,044 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC24D, ANKRD46, and EIF3E. Each is linked with TATDN1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN1-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TATDN1 versus SEC24D in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TATDN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TATDN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
