Across TCGA cell cohorts, TATDN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,182 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TATDN1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, and tRNA processing. Each is linked with TATDN1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TATDN1-to-partner and partner-to-TATDN1 results are reported.
