TASP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,783 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT6, NSFL1C, and XRN2. Each is linked with TASP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASP1-to-partner and partner-to-TASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TASP1 versus TRMT6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
