Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,828 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1, C20orf194, and ATRN. Each is linked with TASP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASP1-to-partner and partner-to-TASP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TASP1 versus DEPDC1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
