TASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,950 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01943, GPX6, and RNU1-57P. Each is linked with TASP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASP1-to-partner and partner-to-TASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01943 grouped by TASP1-low versus TASP1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
