TASP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TASP1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 5,628 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FRMD5, RUVBL1, and RIPOR1. Each is linked with TASP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASP1-to-partner and partner-to-TASP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FRMD5 grouped by TASP1-low versus TASP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
