TASOR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASOR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,136 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QRICH1, KIAA1143, and HDAC2. Each is linked with TASOR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TASOR versus QRICH1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
