Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASOR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,052 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPRL2, RFT1, and CCDC66. Each is linked with TASOR in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TASOR versus NPRL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
