TASOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TASOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,295 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM33, DLAT, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with TASOR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM33 grouped by TASOR-low versus TASOR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
