TASOR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TASOR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TASOR-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC1, WNT1, and OR2M3. Each is linked with TASOR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TASOR-to-partner and partner-to-TASOR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC1 grouped by TASOR-low versus TASOR-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TASOR→partner) and Y-score (partner→TASOR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
