TAS2R9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R9-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Ku80. Each is linked with TAS2R9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R9-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TAS2R9-low versus TAS2R9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
