TAS2R9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,007 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell fate commitment, Positive regulation of T-helper 17 cell lineage commitment, and Regulation of RNA polymerase II transcription preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with TAS2R9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R9-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell fate commitment grouped by TAS2R9-low versus TAS2R9-high in OVARY.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R9→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
