TAS2R64P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R64P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,054 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R64P-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAS2R43, TAS2R19, and TAS2R46. Each is linked with TAS2R64P in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R64P-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R64P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R64P versus TAS2R43 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R64P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R64P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
