Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R64P RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,663 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R64P-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDK9, SAE1, and SQOR. Each is linked with TAS2R64P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R64P-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R64P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R64P versus CDK9 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R64P→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R64P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
