The most reproducible TAS2R46-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHF8_T886, ADNP, and GTF2I. Each is linked with TAS2R46 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R46-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R46 results are reported.
