Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R46 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,549 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R46-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule nucleation, Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with TAS2R46 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R46-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R46 results are reported.
