TAS2R43

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R43-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP12, FABP5P10, and NAP1L4P2. Each is linked with TAS2R43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R43-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP12 grouped by TAS2R43-low versus TAS2R43-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R43→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
