Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R43 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R43-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM9A and PRAMEF7. Each is linked with TAS2R43 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R43-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R43 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM9A grouped by TAS2R43-low versus TAS2R43-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
