The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher TAS2R42 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAS2R42 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and UCEC are the cancer types where TAS2R42 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
