TAS2R4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,311 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, DNAJC1, and FKBP11. Each is linked with TAS2R4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R4-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R4 versus HSP90B1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
