TAS2R4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 747 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO7, GTPBP1, and LMF2. Each is linked with TAS2R4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R4-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R4 versus FBXO7 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.92.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
