Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,765 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium-dependent cell motility, Cilium movement involved in cell motility, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with TAS2R4 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R4-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cilium-dependent cell motility grouped by TAS2R4-low versus TAS2R4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
