TAS2R4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2 and RSC1A1. Each is linked with TAS2R4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R4-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by TAS2R4-low versus TAS2R4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
