TAS2R39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,163 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R39-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of RNA localization, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Negative regulation of cellular catabolic process. Each is linked with TAS2R39 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R39-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of RNA localization grouped by TAS2R39-low versus TAS2R39-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
