Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R39 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R39-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL456P, TSPY8, and RPL5P21. Each is linked with TAS2R39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R39-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R39 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL456P grouped by TAS2R39-low versus TAS2R39-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
