TAS2R39

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R39 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 228 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R39-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX30, EPHA2, and GOLGB1. Each is linked with TAS2R39 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R39-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R39 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DHX30 grouped by TAS2R39-low versus TAS2R39-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R39→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R39) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
