The most reproducible TAS2R38-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lamellipodium morphogenesis, Regulation of protein localization to cell periphery, and Protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with TAS2R38 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R38-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R38 results are reported.
