TAS2R3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,520 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC1, HSP90B1, and P4HB. Each is linked with TAS2R3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R3-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R3 versus DNAJC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
