TAS2R3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bak, eIF4G, and ERK2. Each is linked with TAS2R3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R3-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bak grouped by TAS2R3-low versus TAS2R3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
