TAS2R20

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R20-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GTF2I, LIG3, and ADNP. Each is linked with TAS2R20 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R20-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R20 versus GTF2I in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
