TAS2R20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R20-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4797, MIR4449, and RNA5SP325. Each is linked with TAS2R20 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R20-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4797 grouped by TAS2R20-low versus TAS2R20-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
