Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R20 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,728 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R20-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Establishment of protein localization to vacuole, and mRNA splice site recognition. Each is linked with TAS2R20 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R20-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R20 results are reported.
