TAS2R20

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R20 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R20-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, LBHD2, and NEXMIF. Each is linked with TAS2R20 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R20-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R20 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by TAS2R20-low versus TAS2R20-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R20→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R20) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
