TAS2R19

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,894 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R19-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WBP11, CBX3, and ATN1_S645. Each is linked with TAS2R19 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R19-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R19→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
