Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R19 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,495 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R19-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, Microtubule polymerization, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with TAS2R19 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R19-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R19 results are reported.
