TAS2R16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caveolin-1, 4E-BP1, and Tuberin_pT1462. Each is linked with TAS2R16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R16-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caveolin-1 grouped by TAS2R16-low versus TAS2R16-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
