The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher TAS2R14 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAS2R14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where TAS2R14 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
