Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R14-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Paxillin, and JNK2. Each is linked with TAS2R14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R14-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R14 results are reported.
