Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,002 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, Heterochromatin organization, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with TAS2R14 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R14-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R14 results are reported.
