The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher TAS2R10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TAS2R10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where TAS2R10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
