TAS2R10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,927 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF337, ZRANB2, and INTS3. Each is linked with TAS2R10 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R10-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R10 versus ZNF337 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
