TAS2R10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,751 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIM28, SAE1, and AKAP13_S2498. Each is linked with TAS2R10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R10-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAS2R10 versus TRIM28 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
