Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,486 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Regulation of alternative mRNA splicing, via spliceosome, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with TAS2R10 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R10-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R10 results are reported.
