Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAS2R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,885 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TAS2R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNQ1, SUPV3L1, and RPP14. Each is linked with TAS2R1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R1-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNQ1 grouped by TAS2R1-low versus TAS2R1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
