TAS2R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS2R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS2R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL16, NEUROD4, and DMRTC2. Each is linked with TAS2R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS2R1-to-partner and partner-to-TAS2R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL16 grouped by TAS2R1-low versus TAS2R1-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS2R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS2R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
