TAS1R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAS1R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,268 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAS1R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein-DNA complex organization, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Negative regulation of cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with TAS1R1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAS1R1-to-partner and partner-to-TAS1R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein-DNA complex organization grouped by TAS1R1-low versus TAS1R1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAS1R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAS1R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
